Move and breathe at an easy pace.
This is a passive, meditative practice involving long holds where we focus on the fascia and deep connective tissues. Mainly practiced lying down or sitting, it improves the range of motion in your joints and also strengthens them.
Light some candles, gather up your props, such as a bolster, if you have one, otherwise, grab a few blankets and pillows for support, an eye pillow and cozy socks.
All levels are welcome and encouraged for this cozy class.
