“I started learning about yoga from Joanne when she relocated her studio to Broadview Ave., literally 3 minutes walk from my house. No excuses!
She’d created a whimsical and welcoming space and to my surprise, I discovered that I really liked yoga.
Then along came Covid to knock us all for a loop, and Joanne had to take Big Stretch Yoga online … “yoga tv” was born. And what a great thing that turned out to be for me. I work in the film industry so while the world went into lockdown down I was getting hired on show after show to run Covid departments … all over the world.
It hasn’t mattered where I end up, and I’ve been as far away as the Canary Islands working… I never have to miss a class! And now that Joanne has been able to realize a dream of hers and move out to the County because of “yoga tv” I still never have to miss a class. It’s perfect!” — Andrea M.
