There are many causes of tension in the upper back, neck and shoulders including repetitive strain, poor postural habits and stress.

Learn simple ways to stretch and strengthen this area that you can do at home and find comfort and ease in your yoga practice.

This is a gentle, relaxing and restorative class, appropriate for all levels of students. Light some candles, gather up your props, such as a bolster, if you have one, otherwise, grab a few blankets and pillows for support, an eye pillow and cozy socks.
