Move and breathe at an easy pace.
This is a passive, meditative practice involving long holds where we focus on the fascia and deep connective tissues. Mainly practiced lying down or sitting, it improves the range of motion in your joints and also strengthens them.
Have some props handy such as a bolster, if you have one, or grab a few blankets and pillows if you wish to enjoy a more restorative, supportive practice.
All levels are welcomed and encouraged for this practice.
