Retreats & Workshops

clear your mind, breathe deep, stretch, relax, laugh, refresh

The Big Stretch's next Big Retreat is currently being planned for you. During this fabulous weekend you will either begin or deepen your practice of yoga with daily asana, pranayama and meditation classes. Free time to swim in the lake (or build a snowman, depending on the season), enjoy an old-fashioned bonfire, reconnect with nature on a hike or just lay back, relax and enjoy the views will complement this time of learning, healing and rejuvenation. Legendary vegetarian meals will be prepared for you.

These all-inclusive mini-vacations include yoga, hiking, swimming, hot-tubbing or just kicking up your heels and doing absolutely nothing.

The Big Stretch also offers workshops where you can expand, explore and challenge your body, mind and spirit.

"Thank you for reminding me how important yoga is in my life. These past couple of days have rejuvenated my spirit and I realize I am a happier being because of it. You continue to provide wonderful time and space to practice yoga and i love how you flow the poses while describing what they do for our bodies, minds and spirit. Great to see you again - your studio provided much needed solace a few years ago when I struggled, it helped me get through. Thank you again and hope to see you soon." ~ Just Jen

"Trees, meadow, wind, fire, moon, yoga! Great food. This place rocks! Namaste." ~ Shelly Rowen

"Another fabulous retreat! I'm always amazed as each one is more enjoyable than the last." ~ Brenda Junkin
